Leveraging my background in Neuroscience and Nutrition, I develop personalized plans for all my clients that incorporates the latest research on both diet and behavior change to help you achieve long term success.

All packages include one-on-one virtual consultations (via FaceTime, Zoom, or phone), a customized flexible meal plan with recipes, my Fridge and Pantry Staples Shopping List, my Happy Healthy Habits workbook, and 15% off medical grade supplements.
